thanks to trent campbell and the addison independent for this awesome cover shot from monday’s festival on the green in my hometown of middlebury, vt!  easily one of the best nights of my musical life.

this is a headline from reuters today.  i’m not a doctor or anything (and i’m certainly no nick jonas) but as far as i know, you either have diabetes or you don’t.  sure, you can be born with it (type 1) or develop it (type 2), and at a given moment you can produce more or less insulin, but you can’t have “less” diabetes.  ”less risk of developing” would have made more sense.  (my two cents).

nice pigtronix shout out from premier guitar covering our setup (and the debut of pigtronix’s new “philosopher’s king” pedal) last weekend at the NY amp show!  thanks to dave for (as always) hooking me up with the best pedals around and making me so psyched about my guitar tone!  hmm, those boots look familiar…

i want to be in the most independent band of all time.
